Wow! That journaling really rings true (unfortunately). I think we have all been there one too many times. I'm so glad to hear that you have cut this person (or people) out of your life. I really like the combination of all of the text, quotes, and elements here. What a great to channel these feelings and experiences into something positive and artistic.

I think it is great that you can take your feelings and put them on paper! I can't think of a more productive way to get your negative energy out! I love how you put the song quotes along with your feelings on the page. Hopefully it helped with your healing!

That's very powerful journaling, so many times in scrapbooking, we focus on the fun and good times, I think i'ts great we can journal some negative feelings, too. I hope this helped some. I like that you used song phrases, we identify so well with music

Friendship is a really hard balance to keep sometimes,, but when it gets to be work, then it's not worth it. Great page of feelings, and nice job with the challenge, you found some perfect elements to say what you needed.
