I agree with you Sandy! More fruit and veggies and walks every day. That is a great recipe for feeling better. But I don't know about raspberries and spinach together! I like your photos and the fantastic title work and journaling in the circular shape. I really like the stitching and arrows in the circle and the lace doily behind it.
