I saw the kangaroos and of course had to come in for a closer look!! Don has done a beautiful job with the painting of the thrifted vases!!What a super fun activity. Love love your use of the themed ellies, those koalas look like they have just popped out of the gorgeous gums so artistically painted on the vases...are those little gum blossoms part of Ilonka's kit? I have it (and have used it multiple times) but dont recall those....must go look, I hope they are part of it, they look super good here.
What!? This base blew my proverbial and also non existent Sox off! Now that is talent. As a bonus, the kit seems to harmonize perfectly. May I ask what kind of paints Don used? I'm totally gobsmacked by this upscaling of av thrifted vase!!
Yes to all of what they said above and does Don paint on the inside or outside, I'm thinking outside coz of the wee hole at the top. He's done a lovely job with the trees and you have done a lovely job showing them off with all the Aussie animals hanging about. Perfect colour combination!
I had a go at painting glass, I did it on the inside so I could give it a wash.
