My son has been trying to buy a house but the market has been very difficult. They finally decoded to rent for a year hoping that the demand and prices will come down. We spent last weekend moving them into their first place!!!

It's so unfortunate that first-time homebuyers are having such a difficult time. He's lucky they were able to find a rental! I wish him luck! The photos alone tell a great story but you have added the perfect elements to complete it.
