2. you already know i love this lo. i like the word strips you used as part of the journaling. so cool. and the elements, mostly the measuring tape.

3. are you still wearing the same nail polish on your toes as when i went to visit? XD

This is such an amazing layout. Not just the way it's done, but the exposed soul that's in the journaling!

Oh girl, I know! What a struggle it is to as you said, not just take the first step, but to keep moving forward in the positive direction. I agree, you are very brave to do this LO, but sometimes just "getting it out there" is what it takes, sort of like the truth hurts, ya don't want to hear it, but need to in order for it to actually hit home. I am not quite there yet, althought I know I need to be. Good luck to you in your weight loss journey and I give you much credit for creating this. Congrats on BB!
