I had to come view your page. Your wonderful photo of all those shoes along with your journaling brought back many memories. Awesome kit selection. I love the lace accents. How neat to have your handwriting and even stitched the journal area.

Oh how fabulous that you've saved them all. I have my very last pair I bought before I quit dancing and they are in almost perfect shape. Like you, I tried them on and wholly cow, couldn't imagine how I ever stayed in them for so long. Love the photo of the pile-o-toe shoes and the grungy masking you added around them. Grunge and lace sort of sums it all up lol. Beautiful page and story, thanks for sharing

This is such a beautiful page. I love the blended photo and the story of your treasures. I have always wished that I could dance of any sorts but ballet is amazing to me and the art of being able to do it seems near impossible to me as well. I love the stitching around your journaling and the worn edges. Such a perfect balance!

Love the vintage / grungy look to this page - lots of glitter little details to catch the eye. My sister did ballet for many years - must find out if she still has any of her shoes
