Thanksgiving dinner every year by my mom and sister. She cooks this much weather there is 10 of us or 40. lol We eat leftovers for almost a week... every family takes food home.

That looks like a delicious feast...I think I will start with the pies!!! I get it, overcatering, I did the same thing and had to throw so much food away which is goes against my frugal style, but I would also hate to have people leave hungry. You have enough gingerbread people there to take up the extra:) Cute kit choice.
