OMG, I'm so sorry you had such a rough start to your new year, and certainly hope dad's blood pressure stabilizes and doesn't cause any more scary episodes like this one. I really like the row of buttons down the right side of the photo and the black + white photo certainly suits the topic. Great journaling, I just hope 2021 will bring you all something better.
