Making Merry Ornaments

Wow! So are they edible or just for looks? Amazing either way. Maybe better to be not edible, or how many would make it to the tree? I'm in awe of the effort to handmake new decorations every year! I can barely stand digging out the boxes of my beloved treasured ones. Though always happy once I'm finished. I like how this template had spots for so many pix so we can see all the steps. The pastel colors are great, too.

Glee - they're made of salt dough, then covered in acrylic paint to seal, hot glue, more acrylic, beads and glitter, and a spray sealant over everything in the end. If I were to do it again, I think I would go with spray sealing them before I add the 'frosting' and doing a clear varnish so the frosting sparkles!
