Maid of the Mist

This caught my eye in the gallery - love the paper strips, colours, perfect photo! Plus I love your design with the large photo & design up the top & journaling top right - P_E_R_F_E_C_T

Oh you were in my neighbourhood ... we live 20 minutes away from there, and I know what you mean about the mist. We did the same thing last May ... I took tons of photos but it was hard to get the Horseshoe Falls/Canadian Falls because of the fierce wind and mist as you got close. I didn't realize how windy is is right at the base of the falls when you're on that boat .... it's like being in a storm, lol. I love your layout with the paper piecings and cluster. Fab font for your journaling and you did a great job staggering it to fit.

How cool!!!!! In addition to a fabulous photo and page composition I loved reading your journaling about the experience. I will take the waterproof camera advice if I ever get to visit. I do have rain gear for mine.
The font is terrific and Love the strips at the top. Neat colors and kits.

I so want to do this. On my bucket list for sure. Love that the picture takes the entire width of the page and I like the stitching on the top of it.
