Here's my message in a bottle :) I could think of no better saviour then the Doctor! He's used at saving people and he has that awesome Tardis Always with him :)

Oh my, why didn't I think of this! The Doctor is the perfect hero to rescue us and the Tardis will pick up your note and bring him in because it responds to calls of true need. The watch tucked into the cluster and clock on the note are perfect for the page.
