I used Fin Tales by Pretty in Green and Candy template by Blue Heart Scraps. Vellum paper created by me with Vellum Styles by mommyish and brush (provided by Seatrout Scraps) modified with Colored Metal Styles by mommyish.

I like the idea of using a vellum paper on top of a busy pattern. I like how you used the challenge brush simulate bubbles coming from the fish's mouth. You've done a really nice job of using the themed elements!

Love the chevron paper simulating water waves and the themed elements pop the pictures so nicely. Very creative idea to use the brush simulating bubbles comin' from the fish's mouth, I must to remember it :) great idea!
