Learning is no fun

journaling reads:
School has always been so hard for you Baleigh. When Mama first started teaching you Kindergarten she knew that you needed additional help with your schooling. After many tries with many different venues, Mama was finally able find a doctor who would send you in for a learning disa
Ugh! Poor kid! I know only too well what it's like to have a learning disability and forced to try to keep up in a class room. Unfortunately I grew up in a time when learning disabilities were not recognized, so there was no help for me at all. I struggled all of the way through high school and college, and really had to work hard to get a good grade. I am glad that she got diagnosed so that you can move forward with the appropriate method of learning for her. Really beautiful page and journaling, and you really made that busy BG paper work here with the solid round cuts of paper to separate the photos from it allowing them to stand out. Nicely done. Good luck to her, I hope you will be able to see some improvement in her learning capabilities!

I like how you intersected the circles. Great use of a bold background paper. Wonderful journaling and placement inside the circle. I hope she can overcome her learning disabilities. My sister struggled with many of those in grade school as well and I am very proud to say that she now has a Master's Degree. There is hope!

This is such a neat lo. The very bold background does so well with the large circles taming it down. Lovely clustering under the pic. Very nicely done lo.

Stunning layout! Love those intersecting circles and paper patterns. Gorgeous element clustering & shadowing is always perfect. Poor dear - dyslexia AND a processing disorder - not easy - as you know by know. Big hugs to her!!!
