I like the uplift comments, but would also appreciate some suggestions to make this better, it just feels off balanced to me.

I'm not here to critize because I think your layout is lovely as is, but you asked for some suggestions, so here goes ...
I would add some type of border/frame around the entire page. I would also add a couple of patterned papers (cut to fit) underneath the photo. I believe these additions would make your adorable photo stand out even more.
