Journaling:
When we receive enough rain a pool of water
forms at the end of the private roadway beside
our units. Just for fun, Ken and I call it
“Lake Ottilie” after the name of the section
we live in at our Retirement Village (Ottilie
Lodge). This day, 16th November 2025, I
captured a photo of a Plover wading in the water.
Sometimes it is Peewees in the water and I think
they are after tiny insects that are in that
water.
That is funny that you call it a lake when the water pools there. I really enjoyed reading the journaling and I like the picture of the "lake" that you shared.
What terrific journaling. Your story is fun. I love the cloud elements and the raindrops. Love the sun elements, hiding. The reflections in the water are picturesque.
