My 2026 Word of the Year
Patience
Because I need to learn how to be patient to keep my stress level down. I need to learn that not everything is done on “my time”. I need to learn that not everyone is a quick as me- and that I don’t need to do everything
so fast (causing mistakes).
year by exercising- walking the dogs in the morning. We
went shopping for more of Chad’s Christmas gifts. I tried
my new flour mill I got for Christmas and made some
muffins.
Saturday, 1/3: I finished Angie’s resin project. We had our final Christmas celebration at my Mom’s house.
Tuesday, 1/6: I tried chocolate chip cookies with fresh milled flour, hoping Mary would like them. She did not. But Chad and I did. They were delicious! Later, I sat down to Cross
Stitch. I had been turning on Dish’s “Yule Log”, but now they have “dishscapes”. This was my option- black sand ocean. It was fun to watch! My favorite part was when a turtle came up onto the beach.
