Love the photo and story. Us kids often spent time with my dad's brother after his wife and kids left. We understood that he was lonely. I remember trips to local places of interest and making homemade potato chips. Things I will always recall when I think of him. What a super page!

So good, Becky! Love everything about it. The white space, your use of colors, the way you colored the word art, that fab photo w fun arrow highlights, connecting string underneath, plus thread trailing button on top, all not nearly as impactful w/o your terrific journaling. Memory keeping plus art; way to do it right!!
