I love your really detailed journaling here, and how you've transcribed the exact words of this conversation along with your reaction. That will be so important and valuable to look back on years later. She'll enjoy hearing about it, too. I also like how you've arranged this story on the white note paper layered over the red back ground. The color combo there is very eye-pleasing, and the contrast makes the note paper stand out beautifully so that it clearly stays as the focus of the page. Great work!
