Lovely photos. I've done the empty nest, you get used to it and it is okay in the end, a bit quieter. I like the bg paper, all the scribbles and wordart!

That is the part of life that I am in right now, although my children have yet to move out. I honestly don't look forward to the part where they truly spread their wings.

I really like the grunge background that you used, and I like the doodles on the page.
