I just love polka dots and paired with this adorable little man the polka dots could be stars in the sky. It's a lovely use of whitespace. I really like the contrast of the bright blue and the patterned horizontal strips.

Aw...congratulations, grandma!! I love that polka dot paper with the blue accents! I like the flowers placed right next to the face so that my eye is pulled in to the photo.
