Journaling
After 6 months recovering from colon cancer and the necessary op, it was wonderful to be out for breakfast with Omar and the kids. I was also thrilled to be taking my last dose of antibiotics and being rid of the infection in my small intestine that had made it impossible to sit up for the past few months. Such a "simple" blessing and one I had always taken for granted, but appreciate so much more now!.
