Not 100% sure what I am looking at on the left but I suspect it is a girl looking at her reflection. I like the mystery of it, especially combined with the clarity of the lovely embellishing on the border. The strip of lace merges the differences of each side into one. Lovely page.

I agree with the above comment...not too sure of what is on the left side of the page. That being said, the lace border and cluster are stunning!
