Fantastic the way the torn paper strips mimic waves. I like the play with the different paint bits to enhance the background. Cool title work with the beginning initial tag alpha.

The background is perfect. The tears look like waves. Very creative. Wonderful base for your layout. I love the way the fish blend into your clustering but also capture your eye.
