First Sister

I come from a family of 6 girls. I am the fifth one born. Beverly is the oldest, making her my first sister. There are 15 years between us. With that much of a gap, we weren’t really very close. By the time I was conscious of life, She had started her own family. Life goes on as usual of course. As an older adult, I decided I wanted to start a Christmas Party. Just us girls and our husbands. As each party passed, we found we were reminiscing more and connecting as sisters. Now we are sisters as you would think sisters to be.
