Wow thank you for sharing such personal journaling and I'm so happy you are on the road to getting better!! I really like the way you added pictures of your paperwork and that journaling mat is simply beautiful!

Aww, this brought tears to my eyes. My sister is just getting over severe depression, and it is the hardest thing for me to watch her go through. After hospitalization she and her family had to move back in with my parents, and even though it was hard on them, there was no other place my parents would rather they were. So glad you are feeling better.

BRAVO and kudos to you for your recovery..amazing journaling...LOVE how you fit it in so beautifully in the journaling box( i love it when that happens to me!..lol)your photoless lo is fantastic..and you even got a piece of the hospital notes..(.and yes, we all need to change the voices in our heads at times)..continue your brave journey thank you for sharing

Thank you for sharing your story. We have very similar ones. I remember feeling the same way when I left the hospital. It was Easter and I had renewed hope. I had to finish the rest of my college semester from home. I'm so greatful the Dean allowed me to do that. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger, right? {HUG}
