Really! I used to collect these when I was a kid too, lol. i never knew what they were called, but we used to string them together and make jewelry with them. I had no idea that they supposedly keep spiders away, that's an interesting little piece of info. I don't see them where I live now, but my next door neighbor had a tree that shed them, and she was more than happy to let us clean her yard of them, lol. I love the colors, especially that shiny metallic color one that matches the photo so well. The cut outs are a nice touch and I like the way you masked/blended the photo. Beautiful LO and journaling!
