Kitenge in Kilgali

I never heard of kitenge...but now I want to get some and start making stuff. What marvelous crafting Margaret has done. And a grand way to spend time...lockdown or not.
LOVE how you put together this notebook. the ribbon between the spirals is very creative and your title work (as always) is masterful!

Wow, what a creative genius she is! While reading your journaling, I started thinking, "Oooh....maybe I could...." Right. Who am I kidding? Lol. I love your use of the travel journal. The dark wood background with the red accents looks fabulous. I bought some templates. I'm really nervous about giving them a go, though.

OH, that material is stunning!! I love that she found a way to use it for her creative projects! And your creative project is just as amazing! I love the notebook and beautiful colors you chose to highlight the photos. Love the ribbon wound through the rings and the title font is fabulous! The paper clipped date and knitting needles/knitted square are perfect details. Outstanding, as always!!

Right after I am talking about "what else would you scrap" I remember the markets, the products, the hobbies, the bits and bobs you always scrap that gives us a glimpse into the richness of your life. i love this. I particularly love the curled irbbon under and over the spiral in the notebook. BEAUTIFUL work, oh great one.
