Just Chill

A very gorgeous layout created for this challenege! You managed to make the beautiful photo and the pretty background paper appear to be one gorgeous paper with the masked/blended/stamped/brushed technigues you used....you did such a gorgeous job I can't tell exactly what you did! I adore the lace edgings.

I love this book series, too! Great "chillin" page; I feel more relaxed just looking at it. I like how your photo even has the hummingbird feeder in the bg to reinforce your journaling, which looks awesome on the little wrinkled scrap. The geometric stamping and paper choice really work here, not something I would have automatically picked for a calm page, but your color combo and that fun flower/grass/string cluster make it a good thing.

What a lovely thought... your page captures that relaxed atmosphere that comes with reading a book in a quiet part of the day with the birds to keep you company. Ahhhh...bliss!
