This looks like an interesting dish! I like the pairing of green and brown with just a pop of orange! The silver charm is adorable and is hung nicely on the frame! I like the zig-zag stitching as a page divider.

And I'm simply intrigued by the fact that your page is in both English AND Swedish! My mom was Swedish and we grew up with many traditional dishes... but not the one you have featured here.
