Love that journaling part, "scratched, worn and even a bit cracked...a bit like life itself." Honest and sincere...and the best way to honor someone who has given you jewelry is to wear it with pride as you have done with this wonderful jade.

wow!! Triple glither!!! So many joys on this page, not least of which is that wonderful story. Like TBear, I loved that particular phrase in your journalling and the way you fitted the journal spot around the focal area and the gorgeous big red title is soo effective. Fabtastic choice of elements has gone into the creation of your amazing focal area (blown away by the number of kits and products) , the fact that it is all resting on a clock face is so significant of you, the lace, the hanging metal feathers and lantern, the Chinese dragon making an appearance at the top, the Chinese banner....sooo good!!!
