Journal reads: My Mom crocheted this afghan for me many years ago for my bridal shower. It's my favorite one to snuggle up with and makes me feel close to her.

Love this template with the abundance of stitching around the 'fiber' fill papers. Your use of the photographs of the handiwork in the stitching is wonderful. I wondered for a few minutes how you had matched it so perfectly before it hit me, haha. Love the tiny details like the lace, the buttons and the ribbon. Your title is totally lifted off the page - it looks spectacular. Great work!
