The gradual continual shattering of the patio door window sure sounds like an interesting process. Great page documenting your home and neighbor issues. I like the loopy wire with all the washers threaded onto it.

I really like the emphasis that you've placed on journaling with your layout. The stuff about your neighbors is so vividly illustrated that I can picture it all as if it was happening to me.
