Art journaling is such a satisfying way to express emotion. This one made my heart ache with your journaling in bits and pieces throughout. Everything is so well articulated. Your journaling, your title and the dark elements drew me into your feelings and the colours all seem to help illustrate the frustration you are experiencing. What better way to express yourself than in an art journal.

I know someone who had this problem, it impacted so badly on her daily life. Hers was cured after an operation in Brisbane. I love how you have illustrated your feeling on this beautifully crafted art journal page. The large titleis especially striking, I just had to come in for a closer look.
