I'm so glad he did, too. And this makes me think I should get my dh to do the same. We have very few of us "older" together. I love the mask on the big one, it makes the paper look textured. My heart goes out to you; it will be a tough holiday w/o him.

I feel and know your pain! I love that you have this wonderful photo of the two of you together, the blend work on the main photo is lovely. The banner strung across the bottom of the smaller photo and the cute twiggy Christmas tree placed behind all look soo beautiful.

Ah- so sorry for your loss and how difficult this time of year must be for you. Love the black and white conversion of the the masked photo and the texture that shows through. That little solitary twig of pine needles creeping onto the page - such a delightful compliment to the sparse (but so cute) tree element.
