Love the background with all the smears and smudges, love the tinted family photo and photo of the brussel sprouts. Love the circles and clusters. Amazing job

This dish is really yummy! Kudos to you for taking on the challenge of cooking delicious meals! I love this page with the painted bg. The colors are perfectly coordinated with the photos (great photo treatment) and I love the clusters with the bright pop of red! Outstanding work!

I love the kit you used with the added splashes of color. Great photo and I love brussel sprouts so thanks for the new recipe. Good luck!

I very much enjoyed reading your journaling. I had to laugh the way you said the family had to learn to fend for themself. Ha. How wonderful to find such a yummy recipe that works for your family. I love the grunge look of your page. Your family photo at the table was perfect to go with your story.

I really enjoyed your journaling! It's such a great story, and you had me giggling. It's only been in the last 3 or 4 years that I've really started liking brussels sprouts. Your recipe sounds and looks delicious! I like how you used green, brown, and red, kinda of mimicing the colors of the brussels sprouts, bacon, and maple syrup. I love your clusters and your photos.

Love your page presentation. That bg is awesome. Good for you becoming a cook! We love brussel spouts. Looking forward to trying these.

To be honest I have never tried <span style="display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: #ffffff; color: #3e3e3e; font-family: Tahoma,Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 11px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">Brussels Sprouts but I might have to give it a try I like the background paper with all the brush work and your clusters are terrific</span>

Wonderful story - love how you rose to the challenge of holiday cooking and also to this week's challenge!

After reading your journaling I am going to for sure give this recipe a try! Excellent visual combination of circles - the patterned papers, rosette and yoyo flowers, flairs and even several of the regular flowers have a strong circular shape.

Wonderful journaling on how you came to be the family cook and how this became a favourite! The earthy colours look wonderful with the vintage colouring on your family photo. Very elegant crafting of the clusters around the pics.

Those look amazing. I never was a fan of brussel sprouts until my husband make me some fried with bacon and oh my goodness, they were delicious. Now, I love them.

Yummy! I have cook bacon brussels sprouts, and I love it! but I think that maple would add a great taste, thank you so much for the tip. Fabulous color scheme and pictures, good luck!
