This is so pretty!! I love the border with the ribbon and scalloped lace!! Lovely quote!!

Aw...she looks so cute in her new dress! Cute poem. Nice interpretation of the challenge. Love the happy yellow papers and pretty cluster!

I want a dress like this, and I want to dance in it just like her! Joy captured! The ribbon/scallop trim combo is perfect.
