What fantastic journaling! How exciting to be able to make a treasured dessert in your Insta Pot. My hubby got one of those for me two years ago, but it took being quarantined for me to learn to use it. I'll have to try your cheesecake recipe! Great story! I have wanted to try instant pot cheesecake for a while, but have not got around to it. I might have to give it a try after seeing this. Super colour with the cherries and I absolutely love the 'open book' look.
