<p class="MsoNormal">JOURNALING: Roux is the secret to traditional Cajun food because of the richness and depth it adds to the dish. The secret to making a
Very interesting cooking lesson. Love the photo depicting each stage of readiness and LOVE the title work and journaling. Yummy work on week five:)

What a wonderful cooking trick to share, thank you. I love the large tilte with and the stages of your lesson.

Wowser! I love your presentation of this recipe. I just LOVE the journling as part of the R on the title - how on earth did you even THINK of that - it is AWESOME. And then the five teaspoons of the stages of Roux is genius. Your OOB on this is impressive. I especially like the word art that shows what the spoons represent. Well done on this!

Ohhhhh My Stars!!! You have ROCKED your page presentation in my book with the 'spoon series' [and the words]...AND the placement of the journaling within your title. Yes Ma'am...I am well familiar with Roux, as hubby is from New Orleans. EVERYTIME I make: Red Beans and Rice or Etouffee or......I 'hear' the words: keep stirring, add 'this' or 'add that' my Mama would say.........and..... almost there!♥♥♥

This is stunning! How you used the journaling for the part of the "R" is so creative. Also love to follow the process by showing us the roux on the different spoons. I don't know what Roux is and I wonder what you eat together with the Roux.

the whole page is a masterpiece. love how you took out part of the R to journal and the way you overlayed your photo with those key words for emphasis. have enjoyed your pages and this one is no exception. Good luck.

OMG what a fun page I love how you have a photo of the different stages of the cooking process and I love how you have the journaling next to that R

I really enjoyed reading your journaling. How clever you are to use justified journaling as part of the letter R in your title. I really like the rustic feel to your layout. I like the way you extracted the different spoons for each state of your roux. Wonderful design!

Very cool way to display the stages of Roux...love your design and the large title.

Very cool demonstration of the interesting information - love your title work combined with the journaling, too.

You have really shared some good information on here and I love that you've done the picture with all of the different stages of the roux.

That is an interesting photo to show us how it looks! Love how you put the journaling into the first letter of the title! Good luck!

I love the large title, and the journaling in the title is great. I also like the stages of cooking. Great page design and color.

Very interesting. I love the big and bold title work, nice use of the alphas and the spoons, beautifully done, good luck!
