Black Eyed Peas

Kit used: A Pinch and A Dash by Blue Heart Scraps

1 lb bag dried Black Eyed Peas
3 cups White Rice
8 oz pre-cooked Chopped Ham
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

1. Soak beans overnight and then prepare as stated on bag.
2. With about 15 minutes left on the beans - add ham in.
3. Prepare rice and corn
I have some black eyed peas I need to make, this sounds good minus the ham (because I do not eat it) but I like the photo!
