Martis

"Martis", which means March, is a Greek tradition to welcome spring. It's a braid bracelet of red and white string that we wear during March, so that the sun of early spring does not burn our cheeks! On the last day of March, we leave it on a tree branch to help birds make their nests.

This page is chock full of wonderful details (doing a happy dance!!) What a great way to work in the journaling and the tangle of strings/thread! I could go on and on about why I love this page, but I think I'll just say I LOVE IT ALL!! Outstanding work!!
