Great page and interesting recipe. I only wish my son ate brownies and I'd give it a try. He's 4 and doesn't like brownies nevermind spinach!

Well now that's something I've never thought to try before. Hmmm. would have been useful when I was getting all the spinach out of the garden with no one to eat it. :) The LO is lovely!

Hmmm, not sure I would be willing to try it, hee hee. But then again, I love zuchini bread and that is something people bawlk at too. Great page.

WONDERFUL page! I love the spinach, I'm def going to have to try this! You are now my hero!! Sneaking veggies into your family. Share more!!! One question--Our stores only sell boxes of frozen spinach and fresh bags. Is there a specific size/weight that the spinach should be?

Yes use 1 lb bag or box of frozen spinach....I know the recipe sounds just aweful...but you really just taste the chocolate...fresh spinach I don't know about because i know that shrivels down to nothing so don't know how much to start with...try 15oz can of pure pumpkin as another sneaky trick

I'm sorry, but these look so weird! I'm not sure I could eat green brownies, except maybe St. Patrick's Day???? The LO itself is beautiful, though! Good luck on getting to round 3! I hope to be there with you!

I really think I'll just take your word for it on this one. ;) I am intrigued by how the spinach can replace the eggs and oil. That definitely makes it healthier. Although, I don't generally eat brownies to be healthy. LOL! But, great layout! The clusters and layering are perfect! :)
