I get attached to my doctors too. So happy that you went that last time to your regular doctor. Hope all is well for you. Cancer is such a scary word for all of us. ((HUGS))

OMG! I, of course, remember this terrible time, but had not heard this story before. Almost scary how simple little decisions can turn into life-saving ones.

Sometimes you just to trust your gut instincts. Great journaling and I really like the use of color on this page- the gorgeous gradient background and the different blue matting papers with the yellow touches of highlght. The the golden yellow ichthus against the dark blue is a powerful accent on the page.

Doing this page with no pictures was just perfect. What a gift it was that you did decide to see your doctor one last time before he retired and that he was the one to make the diagnosis that really changed everything for you.
