The fruit in the colander w the water dripping is so yummy looking. I will miss the amazing fruit bounty now that summer has ended. Nice use of that template, I like that rosette.

I hope you do well with your desire to be healthy and I assume lose some weight. I was told that blueberries actually help lower colesterol if you eat at least 6 a day. You have used the template well to share your chosen photos.
