To me, this is an amazing piece of public art, magical the way it seems to rise from the ground. The idea of a Phoenix being on the grounds of a casino is somehow also fitting. I'm sure there are people who have to "start over" after a visit to this particular "Hollywood!" I really like the pictures you chose and the elements, including the scatter, work so well together. I like the shade of blue, too.
