I really love this page. What the flower symbolizes is amazing. Never heard of this before and was happy to hear about it. Love all the photos you've used here. Great title. Thanks for sharing this.

Those are really beautiful and I like the diagram at the top and your explanation in the journaling. I have heard a similar comparison to the Dogwood flower, but have not heard it about this one before. How beautiful! I will see if I can find a passionflower to teach this to my daughters this Easter.

I never knew they were called maypops, or that they grew in the South. In Hawaii we call them lilikoi. I love the delicate scent of them, though they are too fragile to wear in your hair, they wilt very quickly once picked,. And then you've killed off what would be delicious fruit. Do you eat or drink it? So delish. Makes our favorite frozen cocktail base, too!
