Absolutely lovely. The blending is marvelous and the the colours and elements chosen evoke the feeling of nature and echo the wonderful shapes and colours of nature. The 'relax' around the edge and in the title sound as though you need the constant reminder. I am sorry you are experiencing so much in your life right now and hope things get better.

What a glorious nature page. These are my favorite colors and the way you have mixed all of the blues, greens, and whites for maximum effect is just so beautiful. Especially love that polka dot paper with all the colors in there. And your photo capture from your walks is just wonderful! Everything about your page is calming and I hope that you can take more walks so that you can relax too! Take care of yourself and hope everything works out

What a blessing to have such an effective method for coping with the stresses in your life. Excellent use of color- the soft green and blue just ooze with calmness.
