The Me I See

Journaling reads: Sometimes I look in a mirror and I see what you see, an ordinary woman going about her ordinary life with nothing extraordinary about her at all. I see a women getting a little older and a little greyer, a TINY bit chubbier. Sometimes the lines and saggy bits o
Oh my gosh, FormbyGirl! You are amazing!!! This is another incredible layout. That picture is fantastic. I looked at it for several minutes...reflecting...is it merged photos? No...sure doesn't look at way. But it HAS to be, because look how different your expressions are (which are perfect, BTW :-). So glad you put in your journaling how you did it. Yet, I'm still reflecting...did you put the camera on a tripod and use a timer to release the shutter? Did someone take the photos for you? Just fantastic!!! I love how you have that photo pop from the pastel background and elements. The double frame is perfect and the castle in the background. Your crown is perfect and now I'm reflecting if that was a real crown :-) Your extractions are perfect. And you journaling...just makes me smile. Love love love everything about this. You certainly can add perfect scrapper to your Queenie attributes!!!

In no way "ordinary" at all Lynne! Just like your layout, and journaling, you are fun, witty, sweet and have a talent for creativity and for encouraging others too! REally great extractions and the way your hands touched is perfect! The back is a bit muted and the front a bit bolder for a hint of duality. Definitely a queen!

The moment I saw your LO I started smiling. It is fresh and fun - and you speak for all of us, I think! Your photo treatment is beyond exquisite, but I can't think of a word that goes beyond it. WOW,WOW,WOW!

So amazing and inspiring! I wish I could find the right words to tell you how awesome your page is!
Good luck!

Lynnie, This is a fabulous page! I love the reflection from what we see to what is more real than we feel sometimes. Great page.

This is so utterly delightful and uniquely creative. Love the way you must have envisioned your journaling and staged the perfect mirror photos to compliment it perfetly. I am glad you told how you achieved the look but - wow- still a mind boggling mystery. Very cool title work. Can''t decide which is my favorite- the incredible composite work or the thoroughly enjoyable journaling!

Love the fun title work and the photo is so great! I love that you did the photo image slightly different then the reflection and the additional of the crown! So creative!

Great layout. I love the idea of the two diffrent photos merged into one. The journaling is very touching.

Great layout. I think your layout could be about me as well. You worded it so well. Lovely photo and reflection

Oh Lynnie! You outdid yourself with this layout! LOVE< LOVE! the dual picture reflection and how you made the background in the one! That is so very very clever... and your journaling is just perfect! I really like the double frame (your crown...can't forget about that!), the delicate flower corner, and your amazing watercolor and regular flower cluster. Putting the stroke around the script part of your title is genius to make it stand out, and the little extras...like the butterfly just leads your eyes right back to the photo. So well done!>PS... I think you ARE a queen, just in "hiding'! :) I can tell by the twinkle in your eyes! and I LOVE your outfit for this too...that truly makes the "reflections" perfect!

Yaaas, Queen! I love this creative take on the challenge and your journaling is perfection! Good luck, girlie XOXO

Lynnie - you are gorgeous - inside and out! I can totally relate to your journaling as I will be 55 in June and have NO IDEA how I got here so fast!! Those wrinkles and the chubbies...LOL Your layout is so wonderful - and it really shows your personality! Love your title work and that fab watercolor cluster!

You've made simple but gorgeous, Lynnie! I adore the colors you used and your crown, of course! Good luck!

This is such a fun page! I love your take on the reflection challenge. Great job!
