Super job with the layout and the insect at the corner of the photo. Looks like it is coming right off the pole. Excellent layout

What a special moment captured. You've preserved a wonderful memory for this little man. Love the accent silhouette on your wonderful page.

I particularly like the treatment of the edges on the photos. Perfect for your nature layout. Great photos too...

They do not look dressed anywhere near warm enough if there is ice on the pond, although I don't detect a shiver in their expressions :) Beautiflly scrapped, great journaling. Love the frames on the pictures - I love deckle-edge frames, they give a picture such character. Your elements are signifiant and beautifully placed, keeping the eye traveling around the page. My favourite, though, it the reduced opacity silhouette of the man and the boy fishing. What a treasure this is.>>

Wow amazing layout I love how you used the themed elements, the fish in the grass and the silhouette with the boat.

Wonderful photos! Love the yellow and brown color scheme and the wonderful silhouette. Good luck.

What precious, PRECIOUS photos!! I love the treatment. you did on the edges of the photos to make them look old, and the yellow and brown palette gives a warm yet heritage feeling!

love the framing of those precious pictures! also the yellow makes your layout pop! Great layout! Good luck this week!

Such a sweet memory scrapped. What a wonderful set of photos. love that one at the bottom with the wonderful full scenery in it. Those lines of paper in the back really enhance the natural feel of this layout and the browns are just fantastic all the way around!

Looks like it was a pretty nice day even though there was still ice on the pond. Love that silhouette of the man and litttle boy- perfect element for this story.

Lynnie touched on something near to my heart in scrapping - making the embelishments a meaningful part of the story. You did that superbly. Your journaling is wonderful and captures the memory but the LO itself tells even more without the words. Well done, indeed!
