The Crazy Quilt pieced background is by me. . .
Textures used: Corduroy, Loose Weave, Wood, Denim, Bu
I like the pieced background, but what really makes this special for me is the cross stitch and the lace edge. Great job!

Love the frame w/in a frame effect created by all the beautiful stitching. The gold bow on the red flower is a stand out detail, too.

I really love this piece that you have put together. The design for putting your textures together is great. Your title is perfect for the photo. And beautiful clustering. Thanks for sharing.

Kabra, this is so darn pretty! I LOVE your guilting effect and how you framed the photo! That extra piece that you stitched and buttoned around the edge really makes it stand out! Gorgeous clustering too! Beautiful work and Good luck on this survivor competition!

Oh how I love this, Kabra! What a thoroughly picturesque design. Your layering and shadowing brings it to life. What an elegant cluster down the left and what flair the stitching and bric-a-brac provides. I am so impressed by everything.>>>

What a lovely layout. I like how you framed your quilt with the different stitches. <span style="display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: #ffffff; color: #000000; font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">Good luck with this week's Survivor challenge! :) </span>

Wonderful job creating the crazy quilt patch. I like the stitching border on it and the zigzag stitch along the matting paper. Love the look of the gold bow on top of the large red flwoer and tacked into palce with the red button.

fabulous use of textures to create a farmhouse type quilt with the perfect photo to go along with them!

Love the lace/stitched framing around this amazing layout and the cluster placement only adds to the layout

<span style="display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: transparent; color: #000000; font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">I like the way you used all the different textures. The boldness of the flowers set the page. </span>

I really like the way that you've made the background of your page look like a crazy quilt.
