Well, that looks like a fun place to go - and it is always so disappointing when you arrive somewhere and it is closed. The background paper with all the waves really makes this layout pop - and I love the way you extracted the cafe's name to use as the title!

I really like the combination of the green and orange, it adds to the surfer vibe you described, and really makes the page pop. Great clusters as well. I like the pieces of ribbon coming out from them
